Every fresh install runs free for 30 days with nothing withheld — it is the complete product, not a limited edition. The app counts the days from its first launch and shows how many are left.

When the trial ends the app asks for a subscription key before it will open again. Nothing is deleted: your stock, bills and shop details stay exactly where they were, and appear again the moment a key is entered.

A key is issued against the Device ID shown on the app’s activation screen, which identifies one computer. It is emailed to the address given on the request form.

• A key unlocks the machine it was issued for. Moving to a new computer needs a new key — ask us and we will issue one.
• Keys carry an expiry date. The app warns you two weeks before it arrives.
• Sharing a key outside the shop it was issued to ends the subscription.

Because the app verifies keys offline and never contacts us, a key cannot be withdrawn once issued. It simply stops working on its expiry date.

Everything the app records — items, stock, purchases, sales, bills, your shop’s details — is stored in a single file on your own computer. It is never transmitted anywhere, and we have no copy of it.

That cuts both ways. Nobody else can reach your figures, and nobody else can recover them. Backups are yours to take: the app has a Backup screen and will remind you, but it cannot do it on your behalf.

The app itself needs none, ever. Billing, stock, printing and reports all work on a machine that has never been online.

A connection is needed once, by a person rather than the software: to send us a key request and to receive the reply. That can be done from a phone, or anywhere else convenient — it does not have to be the shop’s computer.

The software is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and will fix faults that are reported, but we do not warrant that it will be free of them, nor that it will suit a particular purpose.

It is a record-keeping tool, not an accountant. Tax figures it calculates are yours to check before they are filed.

Our liability in any circumstance is limited to what you paid for the subscription over the preceding twelve months.

A subscription grants your shop the right to run the software. It does not transfer ownership of it. Copying, redistributing, reselling or reverse-engineering it is not permitted without written agreement.
